To Our Valued Clients and Business Partners,
We are writing to update you regarding the steps that Cambiar Investors is taking to keep our associates safe and ensure our ability to serve our clients as this pandemic and related market conditions evolve. Please note that Cambiar Investors continues to be fully operational and available.
As previously communicated on March 13, the vast majority of Cambiar’s staff is operating remotely. In response to the extension of the federal social distancing guidelines, Cambiar plans to extend its work from home policy until April 30th to comply with these guidelines. Cambiar is confident that the firm can continue to maintain normal business operations during this extension as Cambiar has not identified or experienced any material business disruptions since implementing the work from home policy in mid-March.

Dear Clients and Business Partners,
We are writing to inform you about the steps that Cambiar Investors is taking to address the Coronavirus disease pandemic, understanding our responsibility to protect the interests of our clients, colleagues, and families during these extraordinary times.
Our focus is to provide a safe work environment while also maintaining normal operations, recognizing that our clients are depending on us to continue to be vigilant. To that end, we have taken a number of steps. Effective Monday, March 16, Cambiar has implemented a work from home policy for the coming weeks. Cambiar has long maintained the necessary infrastructure to allow employees to work remotely with full access to the tools they need to perform their day-to-day jobs. Staff will be readily available to our clients and partners during this time.
Certain Cambiar staff will continue to work onsite, alternating days across their respective team, as needed. For onsite staff, Cambiar has taken preventative measures to potentially limit exposures/spread of the disease including providing masks, gloves, and extra cleaning.
Effective immediately, all visitor meetings at our offices have been suspended. Cambiar will work with our business partners and clients to accommodate meetings through other means, such as video or teleconferencing. Similarly, employee business travel has been eliminated for the time being.
Finally, Cambiar has introduced a 14-day work from home policy if any employee has been exposed to the virus, or has recently traveled to a potentially high-risk area.
Most Cambiar staff will be operating during normal business hours, albeit remotely. Our front desk office hours will be functioning from 7:00AM – 2:30PM. If you are calling outside these hours, please leave a message and we will respond shortly.
Cambiar continues to closely monitor this situation and will make adjustments to its operations, as needed. We greatly appreciate your continued confidence in Cambiar and are here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
