Capital Gains – International Small Cap Fund 2023
2023 capital gains for the Cambiar International Small Cap Fund is now available.
Based on the number of shares outstanding as of November 27, 2023, Cambiar Investors LLC has declared the following capital gains and dividend distributions for the Cambiar International Small Cap Fund (CAMFX), which has been paid earlier than previously announced.
Capital gains distributions for the Cambiar Opportunity and Small Cap Fund is still scheduled to be paid out on the original payable date of December 19, 2023. For investors within the Cambiar International Equity Fund and Cambiar SMID Fund, no capital gains distribution is expected.
Dividend distributions for all remaining Cambiar Funds will be paid on December 29, 2023.
